  • We request clients to verify and confirm the quality of the completed work before our team vacates the premises
  • We will not be responsible for redoing the work
  • An extra charge of ₹1000 will be levied for cleaning floors mechanically
  • 18% GST will be applicable on all charges
  • Rates above are indicative. A final quote will be sent after the inspection of the flat
  • Rates are negotiable if the flat is completely empty and scope of work is limited
